Do you own the manufacturing factories?
We coordinate manufacturing through three U.S. partner factories. Our role is to connect development, sourcing, packaging, production planning, and your next steps in sales and fulfillment.
Can we start with an idea instead of a finished formula?
Yes. Share your product concept, intended format, positioning, and target market. We can discuss development and sourcing requirements before confirming the manufacturing brief.
What are the minimum orders?
Powders start at 500 kg. Softgels start at 300,000 capsules or 3,000 bottles, with fill count and specifications confirmed for the project. Hard capsule and tablet minimums are discussed individually.
Can you help with packaging and label design?
Yes. We coordinate packaging selection, procurement, and brand or label artwork. Product information and target-market requirements are reviewed within the agreed project scope.
What is the production lead time?
Timing depends on the formula, materials, samples, packaging, selected partner, and production schedule. We confirm a project-specific plan instead of publishing an unverified fixed lead time.
Do you help after manufacturing?
Yes. The service scope can include export information support, U.S. warehousing, domestic and cross-border order fulfillment, and online market operations or promotion.
